Phil McCartin has over 22 years of experience in Partnership and Corporate Tax Planning and Tax Compliance. In addition, he has over 22 years of Insurance and Risk Management experience in the Independent Power Industry.
At Olympus, he is responsible for tax planning and structuring for new acquisitions and divestitures transactions as well as tax compliance. In addition, he is responsible for managing the Olympus Power and affiliates' insurance program including annual program renewals, administration and claims management.
Prior to joining Olympus, Mr. McCartin was the Director of Taxes and Risk Management for United American Energy an Independent Power Producer.
Mr. McCartin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northeastern University, an MBA in Finance from Iona University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
